I highly recommend Mary Wheeler as a real estate agent for Big Sky, Montana. She knows the market very well and provides extremely detailed analysis for purchasing or listing properties. She is well known and highly respected in the community which allows for excellent negotiation and finalization of sales.She does a great job marketing her properties and invests the needed time to promote her listings.

We are so blessed to have gotten into our fantastic home, and realtor-wise, all credit goes to Mary Wheeler. It was thanks to her constant vigilance in the home search that she found the property, suggested we take a look at it practically as soon as it went on the market, and she put together and submitted our offer extremely quickly, ensuring we'd have a good chance at getting it. Being a bank owned property, the purchase had its challenges, yet thanks to her vast experience and knowledge of the process, she guided us through it all and quite honestly made it happen, actively working with all parties to ensure the transaction would be successful. I honestly believe that if it wasn't for Mary, we would have missed out on a fantastic opportunity. Mary also helped us purchase two condominiums before our house. She was fantastic in the negotiations, and helped us in getting some fantastic properties at excellent prices. Her knowledge of the area and its real estate market are second to none. If you want a hands-on realtor who cares about her clients and their wishes, it is hard to beat Mary Wheeler.

Mary was excellent in all aspects of our condo sale! She gave us great advice on pricing, staging for pictures and showings, and closing our sale. Our family fell in love with Big Sky a few years ago and interest in owning property took hold. We specifically wanted ski in/ski out in the Beaverhead complex and our search led us to Mary Wheeler. Mary is an excellent agent and person. She is extremely adept at providing professional real estate services while balancing personal insight and caring for all parties involved. She truly cares. Caring is such a rare attribute these days. So many agents "care" but only really care for the money or getting a "close", while Mary cares about the individual and what is best. She is not afraid to state legitimate pitfalls that may not be in her client's best interest. And when confronted with any issues or concerns, she also presents alternatives and solutions with the continuous goal to achieve the client's overall goals.
